Are you thinking of buying a new piece of furniture and have asked yourself “will this fit here or even work”? Thinking of re-arranging your space to fit a home office? Maybe you’re moving somewhere new & need help taking all your existing things & fitting them into a new space. We can create customized floor plans to make the most of your space before you make any major purchases. (will need exact measurements of possible items you may be buying.) Set up your space that suits your family lifestyle and needs. We are here to help you see the potential in any project, big or small.
What to Expect
We start with an initial consultation and a virtual home tour to get to know you + your project. We will work with your existing furniture and any new pieces you are looking to add into the space. We will work with you and your family to make sure we optimize your room(s) for flow, functionality, and comfort. We will then take all of that information and come up with 2-3 new floor plan options for you to choose from. I will need you to provide a sketch of your room / floor plan along with sizes of current furniture pieces that you plan to keep and any items that you may be buying. Don’t worry, I will send you a detailed guide on how to take photos of your room and how to measure your space. You can check out a quick guide here on how to measure your space. **Current Turnaround times:: Approx. 1-2 weeks**

• Discuss room flow and functionality
• View options for a home office or a walk in closet.
• Go over ideas for transitioning rooms ( like turning that empty room to a home office)
• Create a floor plant to see if that new piece of furniture will fit
What’s included:
• 1 hour Kickoff Video Call to get to know you + your project + answer quick questions
• 2 floor plan options (Birds Eye View - 2D and 3D)
• 1 rounds of revisions (within 10 days of receiving your design files.)
• 1 Final to-scale floor plan showing your furniture layout and room dimensions
• Floor plan and installation guide with annotated notes
• Elevation and section views (if applicable)
What’s not included:
• Design and style direction
• Recommendations for specific pieces of furniture and decor
• Photo Realistic Renders
• Space measuring ( can be added at an additional cost if you are local to San Diego)
• Advice on major construction. We suggest reaching out to your local contractor / architectural engineer before removing any major renovations
